thanks guys! Usc I folded some good hands in that trney. I really only didn't know where I was in one hand, I pushed all in early preflop with JJ and run into AK. They held and the rest is history. I did have a railbird the whole way, made my play better I think.

But to win at poker, you have to have the luck of your cards holding, and when they are holding so constantly for a player, it means he's on a hot streak

well I agree, you have to make ur own luck to.Pushing someone at correct time, knowing when to lay down, or making a donk of a move with 2 4 for about half ur chips.I agree luck is some of it, I have started to see more returns on the small tourneys. I used to play alot 10 to 30 dollar ones.When I won it was great, but odds are against ya in all tourneys.So untill I get to a couple grand, small tournies for me.

I think I might want to start trying some of the tourneys at Stars. I've been running pretty good there the past week. My $50 from the Million Dollar Men final is up to around $110. Now I just need to find 4-6 hours of uninterrupted free time. With a 7 week old in the house, there sure isn't alot of down time .
