By the way, if this would have ended on a Philadelphia win in 5.5 innings I am 100% sure Bud Selig's head would have been cut off! LOL

I completely agree with it being stopped and restarted. If it were any other game, it would have been done in the same way. It shouldn't get special treatment, outside the rules, because it is in the WS.
Now, my question is, what does everyone think about the Vegas rule, in accordance to sports bets, that Philly won, so those that bet on Philly have already been paid, and those that bet on TB have lost?
Well, I have not heard of that happen, I currently have my wager at Legendzsports pending to be completed.
The rule in sportsbetting is as follows:
The game is official IF:
A) Home Team is winning after 4.5 innings are complete.
B) Visiting Team is winning after 5 full innings are complete.
Now, according to the rule, on every sportsbook that I have either worked at or been a customer of is the following:
If the game is official (A or B from above are met) then the result will be the one until the game gets stopped.
Therefore this game, if graded at all at any book should be graded as a push on ALL money lines and as usual if game doesnt go at least 8.5 innings all totals and run lines are cancelled.
