I dissagree in turbo's your gonna have to come from behind some,I think its probally 30% luck.
yep in turbo's you have to get lucky pretty quick from the beginning in order to not be a mile behind...once you get the early double up then you play the game of skill.
btw, gj red...
thank you,thank you Bio.
I am beginning to think luck, overides skill in this game.I know it's not true but I think it.
Well, I can say one thing, LOL
My luck is so so so damn bad that it will always overshadow any skill (if any at all) that I may have, LMAO
LOL, I met a project manager today, we started talking bout poker. He played at fulltilt never made a deposit built his stack to over a grand, started playing 5 and 10 lost it in 2 days. Some of those bad beats he told me were way worse than mine.So I guess were all unlucky.
Believe me, from very bad experiences myself, once you overplay the BR its easy to get bad beat and busted almost instantly.
He didnothing wrong with sitting at 5/10 with $1000, 100 bbs is great, but....he was still missing another $9000 in bankroll to properly play at these levels and be able to withstand the variance.
I am a victim myself of overplying my BRs always...ughhhhh LMAO
