If we want to have a poker game I got 18 players on a list ,it does nothing to add any value to this forum except for the day of the game

Lonely is the Night (Billy Squier)
    Night Train (Guns n Roses)
    Saturday Night (Bay City Rollers)

The only other band I can think of is Dexy's Midnight Runners.

Such a mean poll question. The bigger question, is online poker just fading away into the night? Carbon getting rid of their forum tourneys.
Even the biggest forums are reducing their post counts required to get more people into tourneys and still things not happening.

Eberetta has it right the poker is not the same in many forums because it is tough to get US friendly places ,the only reason we can get a game off the group is using fun mode and amazon cards .Anyway hopefully next week we have a decent game going

I didn't intend the poll question to be mean, yet hoped to get at least some attention. I think it did that at least. I've heard that poker, in general, is on the decline. I think that is understandable after the "BOOM" years ended. It just seems to me, that it was inevitable. There are still a number of playing options for U.S. players. I am involved in leagues on PokerStars.net Home Games, which is play money and legal. Now, we don't tell them that off of their site one of us organizes, recruits, collects "donations" via PayPal, and gives "gifts" (no charge on PayPal) to the victorious people. Even better, no rake or fees! I love it!

Yes, NDN does have it right to give gifts of Amazon cards to winners of their PokerStars home games.
I really thought many forums would go this route, but being honest, there are maybe 5 viable poker forums remaining(but what do I know). Paypal gifts, JWAT77, are also a wonderful idea.

I was able to give a donation to a forum for having a freeroll on Americas CardRoom using P2P transfer in the ACR Lobby. It was pretty nice of the small forum stepping forward to offer a freeroll and they said it would be nice to receive donations. So I made a donation before the tourney and I ended up winning first place at another one of my unrelated tourneys.

Carbon.ag and Sportsbook.ag taking long to give payouts to their players(6 weeks +), which reminds the current batch of remaining players if it is even worth continuing to play if their bankroll could become play money.

Something to be said for good karma. That's awesome winning a tourney and very generous of you to support the forum even [I]before[I]
you won! If we keep up the fight, I'm confident us poker players will eventually prevail.
