I think dell's costumer service and technical team is unprecedent. I think they are leading the industry with these teams. Any problem that you may have you can always call them. Also hardware support is great for the company. Their products are not of my taste but are reliable. I like slim modern and effecient hardware. My brother builds computer's for me so I usually get a great deal with excellent performance. There is no need to purchase a notebook if it is unpracticle. Not only that, the price is much higher for the quality and the batteries are not up to my standards yet. The new mac book is an exception..
