A lot of business's are like that, they have no idea what the card is, how how to do that transaction for you. With the prepaid card I use, i go to a store that has Western Union, and fill out a Swift Pay form, and you write your card number on it, and the amountyou want to put on the card, and nowadays you have to have the card on you at the time.
