    Question 39

There are six colored dots on the can of soda/pop that I am currently drinking. Name the pop and tell me why the dots are there.

Note, this could very likely be on more than one kind, so I'll accept a link to a photo with the dots if you happen to find one different from the one I am drinking.

    coke
Comment: Is it true that different colored dots on the bottom of Coca-Cola
cans indicate which is better? They all have different colored dots
(Blue, Green, Orange, Yellow). A friend of mine always grabs the "Blue
Dots" claiming they are the best! Any truth to this? He says it is like
"lot numbers" indicating the "Best Batch".

coke, dr pepper, 7 up, etc...

    I didnt know that

... "The Nordson Ink-Dot I.D. system identifies which spray machine coats each can on the line. The system applies a small dot of ink on the bottom of each can as it enters the spray machine. A different ink color is used for each machine on the coating line, so the source of unacceptable coatings can be immediately identified. There is no need to shut down all machines on the line to determine which machine is producing the defect."

    so sue was right ...

That's a negative to both you and Curly Sue.

Go back and read my question (although you can't answer again); I'm looking for SIX dots on the can (not one dot on the bottom).

That's a negative. Coke only applies one color per can (for the machine that coated that particular can).

Ok. Time for a new question.

The answer was Mt. Dew and the six circles are used to line up the printing. There is one dot for each color used on the can.

    Question 40

    A two question question!

    1. Two Grand Master Cribbage players played six games. One of the Grand Masters won four games and the other Grand Master won three games. Since only six games were played, how could this be so?

    2. There exists a sport with 4 letters in its name and begins with a "T." Name the sport.

Note: The first person to respond with both of the correct answers will receive the next card.
