    Default **CLOSED** 20 Questions Contest - December 1 - 6

Each week, I will begin this thread by stating that I am thinking about a specific person, place or thing.

You are then encouraged to reply to this thread with a question that will help you narrow down what I am thinking about.

You may ask as many questions as you'd like, but no one can ask a new question until I have answered the previous one.

Your question must be a "yes or no" question.

If you think you know what I am thinking about, you may reply to this thread at anytime with your guess, but please refrain from making a new guess until a new question has been answered.

P.S. Although the name of the game is 20 Questions, there will be no limit to the amount of questions that can be asked, but the contest will expire at the end of each week if we do not have a correct answer in time.

The first person to guess correctly will receive a $5 Amazon.com gift card.

This week, I am thinking of a movie.

    Nope. More than one word.

All guesses thus far have been incorrect!

Ok. I need to ask something to ringo.

If that is correct, and it ends in the letter "e", ill assume you know what it is? If so, why not just guess it, then you save asking a rediculous question.

Or, narrow down some more! I got 90's, set in USA, no oscars, more than 1 word.

You guys are asking about letter e? and age of main characters?

    If you go like this.....

    1 - Genre of film
    2 - Age of film
    3 - Popularity of film
4 - Number of words in film
    5 - Discover an actor/actress.

You have it. As if 3 is oscar winner, you can pretty much get it from the 3. If the answer to 4 is about 5 words or more, you can guess it there. Finally do the work for actor, and you have it easily.

Does noone put thought in to this game? Or is it random question marathons?

I HOPE when i wake up someone has this right! Im looking at you Hermes!

the age of the characters narrows it down, ie a movies such as mean girls, sex drive as opposed to a more adult film such as the hangover, the break up, etc...

so that narrows it down even more to not being a movie involving war, sickness, or some movie such as pulp fiction, etc.., or even a disney movie like the lion king, all dogs go to heaven, etc...

Not really. Keep in mind though that these days, it seems as though virtually all actors have been in movies as well as on TV. But the main characters in this movie are not really known for being on TV.
