Well Boss (a.k.a. NDN, The Man, The Mighty Oz),
For what it's worth, here's my two cents. The Poker Ride concept is cool and some of the other suggestions are good ones. I think the Texas Hold'em format would work well although, with no betting involved, I don't see any reason not to flop all the community cards at once. But stuff like that's above my pay grade and that's why you make the big money.
My main problem with this game is that I work for a living. Therefore, I can't spend the whole day camped out on the computer waiting for you to log back on and play. This gives everyone that can, i.e. Eejit, an unfair advantage. And please don't misunderstand. I'm not complaining or whining or *****ing. It is what it is. I'm just sayin.....
So maybe you could have one or more scheduled times each day to play. Then, at that time, you could come on and ask a question or ask five questions or whatever and everyone would have an equal chance.
One of the earlier posts suggested you pick an arcade game and a target score. Beat the target score and get a card. I think that's a great idea and that's something that anyone's schedule could accomodate.
As it is, I log on then I go to the last page and see if there is an unanswered question. Usually, there's a question with two or three answers waiting for your approval. And one is almost always correct. So the game's over for me. Then I read the last five or so questions, which I've missed (and I see Eejit's posts on every single one), then I go to the arcade.
So, as you can see, this game in it's present form doesn't do much for me but I like the concept and hope that you'll make some changes that make it fair and accessible for us all.
Also, I think you should bring back Backwards Name That Tune. I thought that was a great game. Especially once you went backwards with it and effectively took the Googlers out of it. That was a stoke of genius and that's why you are the Boss. And the fact that you listen to us little people makes you a great leader. NDN for President!!! Wait are you an American? IDK lol
