scores in arcade(and YES IT IS CHEATING)...I think I'm gone
Hi Marakesh,

Just in case you missed it, here is what the rule states:

"Selections are due by Friday at 4:00pm ET - NO EXCEPTIONS!"

I put the selections up approximately 30-minutes after the deadline had passed (not on Saturday as you suggested).

I did put the Pick The Winners selections up on Saturday (which you might have been referencing), but that's because the deadline for that contest is Saturday evening.

Regarding the arcade, I make every effort to ensure that our contests are fair and that the scores are legitimate.

I'll concede that some of the scores on some of the arcade games are flawed, but that's only because I strictly focus on the games that we use for contests and I do not pay any attention to the scores for the other games (which reset every 2-weeks or so anyways).

For our contests, I select new games each week that I think are reliable, but since I do not develop the games myself, I cannot say with 100% certainty that they are without flaws. Therefore, when a flaw/bug is brought to my attention, I act as quickly as possible to replace the game or rectify the problem.

I find it quite interesting that you would lash out at me for apparently allowing members to bend the rules in the arcade games, only to ask me to bend the rules for you in the Losers League contest.

You've been around long enough to know that we do things as fairly as possible here at NDN.

As for Herlis, he has been a member since 2006, he spends a great deal of time on NDN on a daily basis, and we appreciate his loyalty.

We also appreciate your loyalty, so hopefully you can understand that it's only fair that we abide by the rules that we implement and you'll continue being a valued member of our community.

Thanks for your understanding.
