    I wanted to go this year but by the time I got the money it was sold out.
    I live only 75 miles from the Black Rock Desert, but Sand Pass is only passable with 4 wheel drive and good weather, all dirt. Or I can drive 85 miles to Reno and then 90 miles back north past Pyramid Lake. This year the temps were cooler and windy so maybe best I missed it. I am so saving my money for next year. They got 54k people to show up this year over the permitted 50k. This is a party I won't miss again.
