Each week, we'll post an incomplete picture of a famous person, place, or thing. The object of this contest is to be the first person to correctly guess what the picture is of.

Throughout the week (at random), we'll replace the image with a more complete version. Be sure to check back regularly to see the new piece of the puzzle and to make your guesses (please limit your guesses to one per day and/or one per new piece of the puzzle).

Once we have a winner, we will close the contest and will start a new one the following week.

The first person to guess correctly will receive a $5 Amazon.com gift card.

I really like the idea of this contest, but please be patient, as it may take a week or two (or three or four) until I figure out the best way to crop each image to make the game more or less challenging and thus more or less entertaining!
