    Default Fulltilt problems

Fulltilt is driving me crazy and I just want to know if anyone else is having the same problem. They have told me they have had problems with my deposits due to a third party processer. Now they send me emails, please make sure money is in your bank acct. so they can make up old debits. I can understand this happening in the last month or so, no problem, but now they are wanting more money from last year and I don't see an end to it. It's a pain in the *** to get out last year's bank statements to find out if I'm being screwed or not. Can you tell...I'm a bit frustrated. I told them I will not make anymore deposits with them until my acct. is free and clear. This makes no sense to me. Thanks for letting me vent! One other thing, they can't even tell me when or if this will happen again, or even give me a grand total of what is outstanding or not....

This seems a little strange to me. Are you sure it's coming directly from Full Tilt?

There have definitely been processor issues plaguing the industry lately, but I am a bit shocked if Full Tilt isn't absorbing the bulk of the losses themselves and they're actually trying to recoup funds by charging their players twice?

Surely if you made a deposit 6-12 months ago, then those funds should have long cleared your bank account, and you shouldn't be responsible for helping Full Tilt or any other company recoup those funds if they were lost because of a processor.

This would be a first as far as I am aware and just seems a bit puzzling unless I am reading your post the wrong way.

Care to share your communications with them? Feel free to send them via PM if you're not comfortable posting them in this thread.
