    Hi all...

    not sure about anyone else, but I have been having problems with Paradise Poker and a cash out I am trying to get into my NETELLER account. The email they sent said that it would be in my account within 24 hours... 96 hours later and about half a dozen emails and they tell me that they will forward my cash out to my account without further delay. Here is a copy of the last email I got....

    Random cashier review... funds returned to my account (funds were NEVER returned to my account. I know this because I checked the balance everyday)... come on... are they joking... they couldn't tell me this garbage from the start... I sent then 6 emails and they now decide to tell me and feed me this garbage excuse...!!! So I guess this means now that I will have to wait another 24 to 48 hours for it to show up..... :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

    Plus not to forget good old NETELLER ... they kept my account on suspend for like the best part of a week for no apparent reason... then I kid you not 7 emails later they decide to give me a call and feed me some garbage excuse how my account was awaiting confirmation... WHAT AND WHERE did they come up with that...!!!! On whose authority... I sent them my id's and they lost the id's and have asked to me to resend them to them again through the email... IF THEY LOST THE FIRST ONE THEN HOW MUCH CONFIDENCE DOES THAT GIVE ONE TO RESEND THE INFORMATION VIA THE SAME METHOD AGAIN...!!!!

    All I can say is NDN.. when you said that you would deposit funds into our accounts you kept your word... TO NDN I TAKE MY HAT OFF AND SAY THAT YOU ARE A MAN OF YOUR WORD ... not like these other companies that are run out of someones toilet ("out house" translation for you Americans )...!!!!

    Wow Rogue I am really sorry to hear that. I will look into it the best that I can. I am very surprised actually. Paradise does process ALL withdrawals every 24-hours so it should never take more than 24-hours to reach your Neteller account. I have been playing there a lot lately and have received all of my cashouts according to what I just stated. Perhaps they really did do the "inspection" they mentioned but I haven't heard of this before. I will see what I can find out about this for you and the rest of us.

    no need to apologise for them... not your fault or your place to do so... Maybe I am just one of the unlucky ones that has to go through this process to make them a better site... and maybe my next experience with them will be better than this current one... I just wish they could have told me from the start and all would have been fine... instead of coming up with these 2 bit excuses...

    That not good to hear. I have played at paradise a bit, i deposited with my bank debit card from the UK, which meant that i wouldhave to cashout my winnings as a cheque, but as this would take 15 days they said i could have it via neteller. I have withdrawn to neteller 3 times from there, the quickest was 3 minutes, the longest was 24 hours.

    Paradise and many poker sites do check accounts frequently, this site is huge, they will not scam you from your money, some of these systems they choose to protect OUR security, some are put in place by the respective governments to maintain security. This happens not often, but when it does stick with them.

    Neteller also operate very very strict policies, for a reason. I had my account suspended last month till they spoke to me on the phone, as my IP address was routed through germany by BT for a bit, so they cancelled everything for me. This is just so that your money is safe. Its like your real bank, they issue your PIN number and card seperatly, and they have all kinds of measures.

    These are all for your own safety, you should be glad they are n place, and if your not, phone them up, give them all your ID, ands they should respect that and cash the $$ out for you.

    I know what you mean. I'll still see what kind of response I can get from them regarding this. Perhaps you were one of a few selected in a process to help improve their site, but you should have gotten a warning. Hopefullly all will be well because I still plan to have them as part of the NDNPT. I will let you know if I can find anything out.

    Ok guys an update on my issue with Paradise Poker...

    so what you mean to tell me now is that I have to wait another 24 to
    48 hours before I see the funds in my NETELLER account. IS THIS

    Is this just a standard email that they send in regards to something like this...??? I know I will eventually get my cash out.... but seriously... 48 hours + 72 hours =????? 120 HOURS.... COME ON... THIS REALLY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE...!!! TRUE???

    phone them up ffs, tell them the problem, emails egt sent around to the wrong departments. Phone them up, speak nicely if you can, it should be dealt with!

    I have also had problems with paradise poker, (several) sveral weeks ago I accidently transferred $28 to sportsbook, and was not able to transfer it back to paradise poker evntually after 4 emails, i i got a reply, they had forwarded my email to the tech department, took over 9 hours to fix this, but sportsbook took 30 cents of my $28 and put it as an unearned bonus, so my total transferable money was $27.70, which is all i got back.

    seeing the option to transfer money to sportsbook is the first thing that pops up after loggin in, silly me did it again the other day, i only had $1.19 in my account and again sportsbook took 28 cents of that, so again i requested the .28 back this time they gave it to me the following day, as a moderator on a well known gaming site, i let them know of my dissapointed with the customer service and time to respond, failing to appologize and compinsate customers for the errors that costantly occur.
    Thet gave my $9 in uneaned bonus after that.

    What a bummer. With Paradise's fast payouts they still remain the number one place I play at. Have never had any problems and I play quite a bit. I'm just happy to hear you were persistent and got things solved. A lot of people would just give up.
