I think I'll cash it at a check cashing store. Anybody ever have any problems cashing a casino check?

No check today, their version of overnight express is different than mine. I emailed them and they said it could take a couple of days.

They told me it could take a couple of days. If the check cashing store asks me where the check came from, what should I say? If I say online gambling they won't cash it.

Decline to answer that question if they ask (but I highly doubt that would be the case). As far as I know, banks aren't allowed to ask you where your money is coming from and I would assume that holds true for check cashing stores as well.

They can ask if its over £5,000 here. For laundering reasons.

They can always ask, but that doesn't mean you have to tell them. Surely they have to report it if it reaches certain thresholds, and they can refuse to process a transaction if they so choose, but I don't think you need to disclose the source of a check if you don't want to.
