Default How to protect yourself from Radiation

Are you worried about long term Radiation Fallout from Japan?

Well you should be with 3 reactors in meltdown and cesium-137 isotopes in the air.
Levels are rising quickly across the US and several scientists have indicated a huge spike in Radiation in the US on April 4-6.

Protect yourself and family now by boosting your immune systems.
People in Japan survived better than Chernobyl because they had lots of Iodine in their systems. Americans average 1/4 of theIodine needed to keep a healthy Thyroid. Go buy some Iodine now (cheap).

Spread a 3 inch patch in your inner thigh (if too sensetive move it)(may burn a little on some). Check patch every 12 hours. If it goes away put more on. Your body will absorb the Iodine it needs and once it has enough, it will quit absorbing. Good dose of Iodine in system will make you feel good too.
Once your Iodine level is good, you can maintain a healthy level by sprinkling 1/4 teaspoon of Kelp granules on your food a few times a week.
Also buy some Apple pectin and Benzonite Clay to ingest regularly to attract and flush any radioactive and toxic metal materials in your body. Don't take too much clay at first cause you could have a reaction to all the toxins moving in your body.

My daughter absorbed her first 2 Iodine treatments in less than 8 hours each, while mine take about 24 hours to absorb.

All this cost me less than $20, well worth anyones healthy maintenance.

    DON'T PANIC
this is all you can do
we are going to be breathing and eating and drinking higher levels of radiation for the rest of our lives.
A gas mask won't help you because a gas mask only protects you from particles over 2.5 microns and the cesium -137 with a half life of 28 years only measures @ 1 micron

    Protect your thyroid now
    Much Love

    note:

my iodine patch is still yellow after 24 hours after my 3rd application
my daughter needs her 3rd application after her shower because her 2nd application completely absorbed into her in less than 10 hours again.

My wife has a radiated thyroid already and can't do Iodine.

    Just in:

EPA says drinking water is safe to drink but don't drink from rainwater cisterns!

How did you learn all this? Is Iodine safe on kids say 8-10 years old? I couldn't believe how many Nuclear power plants are in our area. We are sitting right in the middle of the most of the ones in the USA.

This is the stupidest thread ever. While pretty much impossible, I dont think rubbing stuff on your thigh would save you from radiation poisoning.

The radiation has hit the UK.... and noone has died. go figure

Well I don't think it's stupid. Radiation can harm our body's. We are already exposed to low levels as it is, so talking about what you can do to keep levels low is a smart idea to me!

Radiation is not stopped by rubbing yourself....

And, you die. I think the world would be telling everyone this already if it helped somehow.

think about it, Japanese people are not dying from radiation.... so 6,000 miles away it seems strange people might
