    Heres my plan....

Have a league system. Top 32 teams in the country are in League 1, and it goes down. Teams get promoted and relgated based on perfmormance. Over .500 means you stay, under .500 go down. Top 3 teams automatically go up. Bottom 3 automatically go down. Then at the end of it all the top 16 play off. 1v16, 2v15 etc. Winners play eachother.

The final can be the "College SuperBowl", and be played at the biggest stadium in the USA (Rose Bowl?). Thats huge money.

I dont really have a preference either way... I think all teams like the bowls cuz the money gets spread more evenly throughout all the schools, with the advertising and tv deals, etc... if you have a playoff then a select few of the schools play more games and get more of the cash year after year and that effects recruiting, money wise and cuz the kids want to be on TV as much as they can... Bosie passed up a FG, got a TD called back and missed a 2pt conversion ... thats 8 pts given away ... and they're now 3.5 pts under the spread ... awesome, lol

Horrible idea. You want these collegiate teams to play 4 playoff games? While going to school? I don't think you understand how difficult a sport football is on the body, and we're talking about unpaid college athletes, not professionals making millions.

Also: LOL @ OP calling BSU overrated. Donkey.

FCS, Division-II and Division-III all seem to have no problem playing 4 playoff games while going to school. I see no reason why the top football teams in the country couldn't do it.

The problem with eejit's Idea is 32 teams in the entire Division-1 is way too few for the format, and if implemented, 64 would likely be the ideal size.

... the NCAA doesn't care one **** about the kids class schedule while playing... that is not why there is not playoff system... and Ya, tech Bosie is overrated, they were projected and should have put up 45+ on Utah, They got lucky that Utah shoot themselves in the foot with horrible timing of dropped balls and penalties... the game should have really been much closer.
