Those are amazing pictures.
I have always wanted to go to Brazil. I fear that I would just be another "gringo".

Off course not. Sure the language can be interpretared as a barrier, but the important is what you gonna be doing, like people here they dont care much about anything unless they are happy, and because we are happy most of the times, there is no problem!! lol...

Negative stressful people are a turn off.
City dwellers go on vacation and don't start to lose the stress and relax till the last day of their trip. That's what happens to people that live in the fast lane. My wife and I would blend in finely in Brasil. I will be in Brasil

What I meant was that I'm aware of our government and what other countries think of Americans as. As much as I hate this, it could possibly get me stuck in a bad spot in the wrong country.
Most of the things I hear about Brazil are positive and like you said, the people are happy. That's what life is about to me. :)

I think that lately The north americas fell like others dont like than, but it is not true. Most of the times people dont really get to know each other. Wow what a grab bag of pictures. I saw the first one with the broken up wall and names carved into it, and i thought... man u live here. As i scrolled down man, i want to live there, with the sunset and the catepillars and all that craziness. Seriously those are some of the coolest pics ive seen, im in the cold northeast of the US, and nothing looks like that, u def got a real good camera too. "Insight on the sky of blue heaven" was an awesome pictures, it is now my background. U either must do this as a hobby or have gone to school for it, because some of these are ridiculously good, so which is it???
:-) Also i hear every girl in brazil is skinny, tan, and sexy, is that true. I have a soft spot for spanish speaking women (or porteguese??) anyways AWESOME pics, i want to be there!

Brazil looks legit. In 2001, when I was 16 I went with a psuedo Jr Team USA on tour through Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, and France. We landed first in Zurich, and in the airport our team got to meet a girls Jr soccer team from Brazil, and we thought they were so fine. We were in heaven. Im still going to have to make my there sometime and find my long lost love, I know it was one of those girls. NTM Adrianna Lima is pretty dec.

I think my favorite is the A day in the life. The black and white is just fantastic. But my favorite pictures are usually black and white so.
