Each week, we will be adding a new game to the NDN Arcade. We will then give everyone 7-days to try to get the high score on the new game. The person with the high score at the end of the 7-days will receive a $5 Amazon.com gift card.
The new game this week is: Pizzaboy

Hi: I have never played this before and must be doing something wrong, please help! --I clicked your link to play and it took me to the page of games. I found Pizza Boy and clicked it. After 'allowing' popups a pic of a monkey popsup that says 'play' at the bottom of the page....now my problem. When I click 'play' it takes me back to the page of games.What am I doing wrong?

1 - Click the link above
2 - Click "PLAY" underneath the monkey.
3 - Wait for screen to play the pizzaboy intro and stop moving.
4 - Press ENTER (As it says on screen)
5 - Read the rules
6 - Press 1 on your keyboard to begin.

I refuse to play until the bug that allows herlis to alter scores is fixed:smash:
Its not a bug. Its a system you can use. Problem is, its not really fixable from what i know about it.
However, is you go to the high scores page for this game, herlis managed his score, 6 minutes faster (In only 1 min and 10 seconds), which is technically impossible..... and i defended herlis last time!
I've asked Herlis to reply to this thread with his comments...
i really dont know what to say here , Marakesh sent me a message saying all my high scores are all errors and i said that the only error on my scores is the spear toss which i didnt even play and gave me a score thats impossible to do and Marakesh told me that my score at the Pool Jam 10 minute game is also an error and even asked me to video myself playing the game but i dont think i need to do that cause i know for sure i didnt do anything wrong playing the game and that my score is legitimate and that goes also with my other high scores.Quote:

if you just try playing 1 game on pizzaboy its not really impossible to play in 1 minute and 1- seconds the game is just a short and fast game but when you try to restart the game it gives you a longer time , counting the time from when you started and finished playing and thats not only 1 game - it will be your time playing and restarting the game until your finished.
the game pizza boy doesnt really last 6 minutes it doesnt even last 2 minutes to play so i think your mistaken about - its impossible to play the game in 1 minute and 10 seconds.
checking on the high scores eejit you even finished a game in 55 seconds.

Spear toss is an error. And the pool jam score is possible.
Here's my two cents for what it's worth:
First off, Herlis has been a respected member here at NDN nearly from the start (2006). I respect him personally and I don't believe (nor did I ever) that he was intentionally manipulating his scores for any of the arcade contests.
Second off, I don't believe he owed us an explanation, but I asked him to comment on this thread to alleviate any concerns that people may have.
Lastly, if anyone has any issues with any aspects of the NDN site, I ask that you kindly send myself or nodepositneeded a private message and refrain from sending any hostile messages to other members. That is something that will not be tolerated.

there's another error on power drive , i was playing earlier and trying to beat the high score but didny do it and left and when i came back it show that i made 2000 and is the new Power Drive champion .
Here's my two cents. Herlis should have the title of "Arcade Wizard" and everyone else should relax. We are talking about arcade games on a gambling forum right? I don't believe for a second that Herlis did anything to manipulate his scores, but even if he did. Who cares? I'm just glad these contests have people coming to the forum again.
I'm not going to worry too much about any of the non-contest arcade games, but if anyone notices any bugs on the new games (the ones we add for the contests) then please let me know so I can swap out the game as soon as possible.Quote:

Herlis is good, he was in the arcade all day once trying to beat one of my high scores. And he did. And i hate him for it :)
Ive seen a few people get mad scores before.

What everyone can do (and has done) is report a bug on any of the games we use for our contests so that I can replace those games as soon as possible.
I'm not going to worry about any bugs for games that we are not using for the contests because all I can do is remove those games and it's not going to hurt anyone if I leave them up (and people still like to play them anyways).
