thanks ndn and rocketman 4 explaining that situation 4 me but i m still thinking i won more then the play thru shouldnt they just take off the playthru and leave the remainings there left instead of taking the wholething away and let you start over again with just 55 chip that i started with??
It states right when you redeem the coupon that any remaining bonus will be removed on completion of play through.
Most of their free chips have a maximum cashout of 1x the bonus (unless otherwise stated).
So RocketMan's explanation makes perfect sense.
Once you reach the playthrough, they deduct any amount above the maximum cashout from your account.
I actually kind of like that idea and I didn't know they even did this.
I think its new. I've only seen this happen the last couple of weeks. It happens so fast you don't even notice it if you on a spinning frenzy. I agree it is harsh to remove winnings like that. Vip Lounge has had that rule for a long time... It was just recently the rest added it too. I have had over $40,000 total reversed after making playthru between 4 different casinos in this group.

You are correct RocketMann it states that any reamaining bonus will be removed on completion of the play through right above where you enter the coupon.
