A few days ago, I redeemed this code, 50MARAPPR, and the son of a guns decided to lock me out. I did not do anything different than any other time but somehow I got their attention! That sucked! I never try and cash out but maybe I hit live chat by accident or something that drew the attention of the casino administrator. 1st They signed me off and sure enough its locked!
I even went so far as to really poor it on and gave them a heck of a sob story but they were not moved! No reply from cool-cat.

whiskey they did the same to me. They told me I had 24 hours to make a deposit or I was gone, I gave a sob story about never cashing out how much I had deposited and they shut me down immediately. I think they have new administrators who are trying to bring the site up to what it used to be. NDN do you know whats going on with them, have you heard of any changes or problems?
I'm not aware of any recent changes. There was a change in staff about 6-months back, but nothing more recent that I know of.

bet NDN there is nothing you can do for our three cases. I never deposit or do I plan to deposit at their casinos. Why would we want to as long as there are good ones out there that pay 4 sure?
So under those circumstances, I bet you wont be able to get our accounts unlocked. Perhaps I underestimate your pull at cool cat but even my sob story didn't move them at all. We never tried to cash out. I can see if we would have tried that.
I read someplace in the last couple of days that RTG license agreements with the clients using the RTG software varies. Someplaces pay a fee for every bonus code redeemed and others have a different kind of agreement. Do not know how true.
You would even think they would like to have us playing. One time I hit the random jackpot doing under a coupon code. Since it was about the millionth one in a row I had used, I knew it had to be played though. They could brag about someone hitting it and they never had to pay it out!
