500 Chips for a $25.00 freeroll????

I think it's pretty fair. It seems like the regulars here really know each other, but take the time to welcome newbies that take the time to play by the rules.......

At first I thought that 500 points seemed high, but after a few posts I'm already racking up chips, so I can see how it can be easy. And what's the alternative?

A "private" game where half the people are sitting out, and the other half are all in every hand.

I like the point system, I wasn't here for the old system, but I guess you kind of have to view your points like your bankroll though, you don't want to blow them all for one tourney.

We are talking about the chips you get on this forum for making posts.

If you get to 500 chips, you can enter a $25 freeroll on one of the days we have them.

actually noone is forcing you to buy your chips for the freeroll game , it will be your own decision if you want to spend them andd play the freeroll or wait for another game that you like. And besides if the 500 chips to play the freeroll is really too much then you wont just be the only one complaining here if that happens but it seems omlike your the only one complaining about it. maybe the ratio of 500 chips for a $25 freeroll isnt that bad after all and maybe good. Well i guess members with just a few chips like us must wait and must posts a lot more ....lol

why should we decrease the the amount of 500 chips for the 25 freerolls? tell me i would like to hear your reasoning. oh wait is it so you can join and play in all of them as you are a new member. well we do it for all good standing members. not for members that just post when we have freerolls. u got to put in the time to to play here. this month is for good standing members not newbies. if you go from newbie to member then u can play and would have no preoblems getting chips thru posting good posts.

i waould really like to know your reasoning to lower the chips.

well u need to get repped first before u can start earning chips and that is on you on how long that takes. then from there u can earn chips lsowly but surely.

as the manager told me I do not think there are so many 500 chips....... I think it is very good!:).....This forum is great!:seeya:

i agree with master 500 chips is steep for $25 freeroll when it only costs a 1000 chips for a $200 freeroll.thats only 500 more chips at a $175 overlay but maybe im wrong.

well like we said we do it for the members that stick with us. u need to be loyal. has nothing to do with how much chips buy into what. why does it matter anyways. because u see freeroll and want to play. u know it doesnt help u to just only post and complain about how much things cost. become a loyal member then u can reap the benefits.

Look at it this way...The chip buy for passwords is a great practice area for your bankroll managementing on a poker site..... look at the games offered..then balance them against your chip acquisition rate ..then pick and choose the games you will play according to that..... i love choice..i love the NDN forum .I love the BAP..I love the free loser's league..I love eejit...i love the chips for passwords...mostly I love the thought process that went into creating an interesting environment for me to play and post....so i guess what I love the most is your brain NDN....when you aren't using it can I borrow it?:shock: I mean as long as we can manage this safely?:shock:

It seems high but realistically its a freeroll and all it costs is some of your to egt these chips :)

It would be much better to have a beggers thread where us poo' folk can ask for handouts from the millionaire chip holders since they are obviously not doing anything with all them there chips...or maybe start a 200k chip tax on all the 200k annual chip holders so that the less fortunate ones can get chip stamps and redeem them at the chip store! With some of the chip tax we could start a lottery so one lucky poor sob can play a while with the big boys. I am sure I could come up with a great hardluck story that would absolutely compel some rich chip dip to fork over...

well we dont do player to player chip transfers here. and these tourney arent made for new members. they are made for members that have been with the forum for awhile. do your time and you will be able to play. hard luck story or not you wont get any. ill tall you this a post tlike this wont get u any sympathy from us. do the time and you will be rewarded. what u signed up today. maybe of your around in a month you can play. you should really read the email that was sent to you when u signed up. that will help you out.
