I'm sorry if we came off that way. I, for one, think it's awesome that you've been married to the same woman for 11 years. I hope that's how my marriage will be, at least, and I'm always happy to see couples with such longevity in a marriage. Good for you!

I was in a faithful relationship for 11 years, and did the whole Suzie homemaker thing, but sometimes things happen and it sucks to feel so displaced, like I'm single, that's so foreign to me.

i don't even remember how long i've been with my man, lol. our son is going to be 9 years old and we were together for about 5 years before we had him? so i guess around 14 years? lol, what a long time, but i wouldn't give it up to start dating again, i don't remember how all that goes anymore? the rules may have changed since i was single, lol

Yeah I definitely am glad that I'm not out there anymore! Except now all my friends seem to be asking me for relationship advice, which I'm happy to give, but I'm so far removed from having to worry about those kinds of things anymore that it's hard to remember what to tell them sometimes. Hooray for stable relationships!
