Superman is one of the greatest ever, but I liked the movies more than cartoons, cause it was the original thing at the time :)

On the other hand, there was NO NEED to make a comment of me "doing drugs" just cause I watched the Smurfs when I was LITTLE and when SEXIST didn't mean chit to me!

I never insulted Sue first off to have her make that comment on me so I think I have the right side here....

This for sure though, will most likely be the LAST EVER poll I put up, I see that having an opinion that differs from someone else's can cause you to get insulted....so I just wont give my opinions again either.

I care about women, where does telling me that "i am on drugs" come into place??? You thought that was funny? why didnt you address this concern of mine on your last reply? Dont you get that this is what pissed me off? I dont mind you having your opinion and me having mine, I only mind you insulting me in front of the whole forum.....and as you say ''then so be it''.......

OMG dude ... the drug thing was used to say You out of your mind?/You do drugs? I think u should be more worried about the fact u think there is a right and wrong here and that you can not even look at the show from a womans point of veiw .... .. my asking that question was not an insult ... you crying that it was is one...... and is sad because you have to use it to avoid dealing with the issue of sexist cartoon or not? .... all I can get from this is you can not argue with my point that it was .... and you choose to veil that with this drug phobia you are showing ... let me reiterate once more it was a metaphore>A figure of speech in which a word or phrase that ordinarily designates one thing is used to designate another.

Ok Sue, I liked the cartoon just because I wanted Gargamel to eat a freaking smurf, I always wanted the bad guy to catch one of them....i am sorry and its ok, i understand your point of view.

Hey this cartoon is the best TV show, lol just thinking about it is funny. The Simpsons are time-tested and a great show as well but as far as laughs there is not a funnier damn show.

Tru dat. Although i didnt see in your post where you say the simpsons is the best cartoon of all time. Political and social commentary with the humor of homer simpson... it cant be beat. Since i was young I've watched em, and god bless matt groening for still cranking em out... did you see the legaliation of weed episode?? HA! One of the best ever. I love family guy but its a different kind of show... in the sense that it has no meaning and is just funny :-)

sorry but i was a he-man and gi-joe and transformer fan when i was a kid but seeing that they dont do the originals anymore i think spongebob square pants is the best. trust me i watch alot of cartoons with 2 kids.

Personally I liked the Flinstones the last time I watched cartoons. I don't even have a comment at this point on Sout Park. I certainly never would have let my girls watch it that's a fact. :)

Well as far as a non-televised cartoon goes, I have to go with the webcomic XKCD. They have one for every situation, well except the Beatles. They have yet to do a Beatles-related XKCD. But otherwise it's an amazing comic and everyone should give it a look!

I suppose for television I like Family Guy, although klinkman and I never really watch TV.

Personally I don't think there's anything wrong with that, at least as long as you have the internet or some other source to get your vital information like news and weather. Which you do, so probably not having a TV is a good thing, at least in my opinion.

oh no the world is over no tv. i would cry. i cant live without it. u know they say tv is bad for kids but i think i turned out pretty good. and as for my kids i let them watch they love it. they do watch learning shows. my youngest is learning chinese on a cartoon called ni-hoa kailin. its about a little chinese girl. its almost like dora the explorer. she learns spanish from there too. and my oldest watches like older shows such as zoey101, icarly and others. i love it. so y is it out.

On this poll I voted for Thundercats... My all time favorite cartoons would have to be in this order.
1. RoadRunner
2. Any of the Disney Character cartoons with Donald Mickey, etc. old ones.
3. The older Tom and Jerry.
4. Flintstones and Scooby Do. :shock:
5. Transformers

I think I am telling my age:wink:
