If I hadn't missed that 1 day and you didn't get an extra day we would be tied with 2 days to go, but seriously Arsenal and Eejit will destroy both of us next month, if only Klinkman remembered to play everyday, he could give those 2 a good challenge.
I still like the idea (DIVA) of making the contest as tough as possible to level the playing field. The easy quizzes become a race against the clock.
Tough questions can also favor a quick googler in some cases.

Actually, Ringo my friend, you've played one day more than me. And how this thing is scored I have no idea. How can 9 wins and 2 wins be virtually even? IDK. But it's made for a good game. I'm afraid you're right about our odds next month. And I'd be all for harder questions too. My computer is too slow for me to be competitive in a speed race. Or my connection is to be more accurate. On a brighter note, it almost football time. At least we can still stomp Arsenal and Eejit in those. lol.
Here is how scoring works. You get 100 points per question right, then you deduct 1 point for every second you took. Then the scores are ranked and you get a certain number of points based on how many people played and where you placed. Oftentimes, second place gets the exact same number of points for a day. As of right now Eejit and myself are both going to get 4 points. On the day I was bragging about beating Eejit I think we both got 5. Because of this, scores get tightly bunched, and playing every day is more important that winning games.

But as Klinkman pointed out about the points, chance of me overcoming a 2 point deficit on the last day is very unlikely. Even a tie is unlikely due to the very easy question catagory today. If you miss one I would be shocked. cept Eejit missed 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
