hi, im a regular player at Heracasino and a quite noisy one, i know by voice almost all of his customer support team, so yes they have a lot of patience with me, i decided once to cash out completely from the casino back on 2001, and they provided me with all my money even before it was suppossed to be of course i never took it just went back to playing... very good experience..
