Do you believe in ghosts?

Larry King had the ghost hunters on last night and I must say I heard alot of conflicting statements.
Dan Akroyd said he believed that ghosts could travel through time and space.
Yet another expert said that ghosts don't know how to leave a place
without help.
Then another said there was a difference between a ghost and a spirit.
Spirits need to be asked through a medium to speak or appear and ghost
just wonder around aimlessly.
Larry then asked the question we all want to hear " Do ghosts watch our intimacy?"
"Yes" Dan answered.

Suppose a persons parents died who were devout christain people and the daughter enters into a life of sin. When she dies, do the spirits of her parents enbrace her or shun her since they were able to observe her sinful behavior?
How could a spirit be judgemental?
Doesn't that contradict the bible in that only God shall judge your soul?

I am so confused now.
It sounded to me like a snake oil sales job on Larry King where all the ghost experts were competing for your spiritual dollar?

Anyone know any family secrets to keep ghosts out ot our bedrooms?

I seen somewhere, probably a movie, that you can put a type of powder around the perimeter of your house or certain rooms thatll keep ghost and evil spirits out of your house or trapped forever inside. It is rumored to actually work, but youll have to do some research into it to find out exactly what kind of powder, I remember it being like a burnt orange reddish color.
