real money games PDC

yesterday i registered for some freeroll games at PDC and was registered with no problems but when i came vack to play i wasnt registered for the games that im sure i registered in and so i tried to register again for the other freeroll games that are still open for registration and was surprised when it said that -

for security reasons you are unable to access real money games in our software please choose another game.

i contacted live chat about itand said corry for the inconvenience and to just wait for the support's reply and i still didnt get anything from them today so i e-mailed support just now and waiting for a reply.

pdc is acting weird and so is there support. I AM in the earth tier and i supposed to get a .5 coupon every month and i have not recv. it for this month and i talked with live chat. same thing is happening, wait for a email...blah blah blah

Will you all now belive me when I say merge sucks!
