Amber Alert,A+ system

I felt this needed to be mentioned as I believe it is a great system that they have in place these days. When I turned on my computer this morning my weather channel desktop popped up like it always does but there was a weather warning going off with it which I was suprised by as its suppose to be 80 and sunny here in South Carolina for the next few days. So outta curiousity I clicked on it and it was no weather warning it was an even better alert...an Amber Alert for an abducted 2 year old in the Charleston area. I personally feel that it is great that numerous media outlets participate in a situation like this one and this is the first time I have seen the weather channel desktop show an alert of this type. With havin a 7,2 and 1 year old I cant even begin to imagine what this family must go be going through during something like this. But its very nice to see all the steps takien to attempt to catch the person responsible. They have great info. including the picture of the suspect and car model and even license plate. Great job getting the word out and I hope this is solved today!

Even in our small town 9000, Walgreens on Main st/hwy
has an electronic billboard with Amber alerts.
Just built in the last 12 months.

Wow thats awesome. I know we have some electronic ones around here as well wonder if they do the same. Its just really sad that this happens all to frequently to someones little girl/boy.

with everyone on weather alert customed to their specific areas ..what a great pairing for them! woohooo someone is using their brains ...nice to see ...its rare nowadays....

Just wanted to give an update. The child has been found! yay! Still in search of the kidnapper who ended up being the father:frown: You wonder why this happens....court system?..just plain hatred toward spouse?...or just plain stupid! Anyways glad the child is safe and sound! See not all news is always bad.
