University Poker Championship freeroll

Just letting everyone know that there is a freeroll at aced poker. This is a free to enter $100 qualifier with the top 3 players from each qualifier advancing to the finals where the winner will win Free Tuition and a $12,000 World Series of Poker Package for the 2010 World Series Main Event.

Go to lifeofsports.com and enter necessary information and you will be e-mailed the password. This tournament is only for players that are in school for a specific university. Gl to all that will participate.

Was just curious to see if anyone is going to be playing in this tournament tomorrow. This is a very unique chip starting count as I don't think I even have a shot at placing in this tournament. The player in first position starts the tournament with 65 thousand chips before the tournament starts. Pretty crazy, I would love to have that starting chip count with first place being 2600 bucks. Unfortunately I only start the tournament with 965 chips. It sucks but oh well I will try my best but doesn't look good for me.

I came in fifth in this one. Man, I was hoping to qualify in the top three so I can get a chance at free tuition. Had trip fours after the flop, called an all in and got rivered and lost to a straight. I guess that is poker for ya.
