Fist to act in a MTT midway thru with AA

OK so how do you guys feel when u get AA first to act 1/2 way thru a mtt and you are right about the chip average. For me i play to get max value by limp and hoping somone raises so i can reraise preflop. If there is no raise i then play them very catiosly b/c the blinds could have ATC ( Any two Cards).

So today i played it my normal way and i got the exact play i wanted the guy with a lil less in chips then me shoves and i call and he throws up QJ off. Of corse you all know hows this ends he flops the j and turns the Q.

But i was jwing how you play AA 1st to act b/c in this situation if i raise 1st to act the guy doesn't play his qj off and i prolly with the pot...but i also got the guy in for all his chips only have 15% chance to win...what do you think is better?
