How much did you miss me?:sifone:
I missed you very very much Ringo! You should let someone know when you are taking off like that. Eejjj always lets us know if he is gonna be gone. I was like :willy_nilly: OMG where is Ringo?
well you didnt put i missed him like a father so i voted it was like driving
through town at 4am. kinda dead with out you. eejit was here though to
cheer us up but not the same as you.
I missed you Ringo, plain and simple. You add alot of flavor to NDN. You say what you have to say no matter what and I like that in a person. You keep it real around here. Welcome back. Hope to c-ya at the tables soon. Oh yeah...where did you go and did you miss us as much as we missed you?
I missed my Beatles-loving 2012 believing funny and trivia master dear friend Ringo!
Yay for being home!
I will post pictures later, when everything is complete.
But I am almost done with our bathroom at cabin.
Did texturing and painting and 1/2 the plumbing.
Installed lighting and vanity and turned shower door around.
Next weekend should be done with our new bathroom.
Place should be worth close to $200,000 after that.
I paid $89,000 6 years ago. We are putting it up for sale next spring.
Hopefully it will take 1 year or 2 to sell.
We have 3.6 acres and a neighbor has his really well kept place with only 2.6 acres listed at $499,000.
9144 Dixie Valley Road, Chilcoot, CA, 96105 - MLS ID#200900862 - Single Family Home real estate - REALTOR.com®
That light green interior is the same color I painted over in new bathroom.
Yuck
He also has the only grass lawn in the valley. Alot of maintenance there.
My parents own 45% of my cabin when they paid off my note for $32,000 2 years ago when I lost my job. I need $40,000 to pay them off and can't afford too.
So selling is best option for everyone.
I put $50,000 down on the place when I bought it and should get very min. out of it $75,000. My wife and I will then buy a house here in Susanville. The market is just right for us to sell and then buy.
We need to have a party up there next summer.
Wow... Very nice ringo.. U are making a great job.
I will buy your cabin If I can.. And If i get a permant visa to USA also...
:hurray:
...Anyway.. I hope u can make a lot of money with your cabin...
All the best for u my great friend..
And I didnt miss u at all, because I was not here either.....
But iven than i chossed the " I MISS HIM VERY VERY MUCH!!!""
Because I would if u dissapear....
:willy_nilly:
Dont do that again...lol..
Very nice place Ringo, I hope you can get your money's worth out of it! I too wish you all the best!
And no disappearing on us again without telling us what's up! Bad doggie, no woofs for you.
Now 9144 Dixie Valley Road, this is the neighbors house, correct? And you are going to post pics of your place later, right. Because this is what I thought you were saying. Then as I read further it looks like everyone thinks that the link you posted is the link to your cabin. Well anyway this place is beautiful.
How much distance is there between neighbors? I know you mentioned that you had a couple of neighbors, when we were talking about a party. (just invite them and all is good) To jog your memory. But from the looks of this place it does not seem like neighbors are really that close.
When you decide to put yours on the market next spring, are you going to list it for $200,000 or are you not sure about that?
It looks like a pretty good neighborhood, so I am curious why you and your family don't just live there. As opposed to renting. Maybe kids and school?
Maybe NDN can buy it as a summer resort for himself... And he can rent it out during the winter. Then we can all gather and party with him in the summer. Just a thought. Maybe if he's very rich he can.
LOL.
Did you ever post a thread telling us where you were.
I didn't read this entire thread so I just answered the poll but yeah.
I said 10.
Just because I did.
Honest truth right there.
There are 120 lots of 2 acres to 100 acres in a valley 4 miles long.
We have 3.6 acres and our neighbors have trailers. The house for sale is
8 lots down from me. google earth the address and go north 1/4 mile.
We can't live there because no snow plowing up there in winter.
Also some rough roads in and out. They are paving 1 rough section of dirt road this summer. We are at 6000 feet and 45 miles from work.
That's why we don't live there. We did our first year and almost died when we got 5 feet of snow over night. We had to be rescued by snow mobiles when my SUV hit a snow drift trying to get out.:auto:
Ringo the racoon ???????
I didnt vote ringo because my answer was not up there...
woof woof...lol
