Buying medicine online

Yesterday I sprang or hairline fractured my ankly playing volleyball and I don't have any insurance and I can't really afford to go to the emergency room or a doctor who charges out the ying yang. Does anyone know where a good and safe place to purchase meds online. Some kind of good pain killer to be exact. Im scared to just purchase with a credit card to somewhere I don't know is safe. If there is such a thing cash on delivery would be best but if someone know a place that is safe and affordable I would chance a credit card. Please Help Im hurting like a son of a ***** LOl
