How do you handle long droughts

Well looks like Im officially in a drought or whatever you want to call it. I either don't catch cards or when I do it ends up not holding up and I loose. I can't get started good in any of my tournaments. I'm really getting frustrated and I'm starting to get desperate. I find myself wanting to gamble more to get out of the funk but this only makes it worse so then I go back to the fundamentals and I'm still loosing. I know this will pass but while your in the middle of it, it seems like it won't ever pass. So how do you guys handle being in a drought or having a long run of bad cards. I could use some help here
