Welcoming New Players

HELLO EVERYONE
I just wanted to throw this out there. When I look through the forums I see a lot of new guys/gals coming around and they haven't been getting the most sincere welcoming to say the least. As a matter of fact, I have seen some hostility towards them even in their introduction thread. Hmm. Doesn't sound like all the members are putting in their best effort to make this a growing community. If someone new is seemingly exploiting the chip system, which admin can handle, rather than degradation and repulsion, some kind advice may fair better.

I one hundred percent agree and I tried to do my best and be nice when I point out anything or show them to the correct threads and/or posts.

But this is a great post and ndn can handle a rule breaker.

It's great that the community is growing too so we shoud do nothing but try to contribute to that.

I am new and I felt like I got a pretty good welcoming. Everyone was really friendly on my intro post.
