I just went to check out this site. At this time it is for $10. but it is NOT cashable in any way, shape, or form. Real important to check out T&Cs at these bingo sites. Most will not allow a cash out without a deposit, and believe me, even with a deposit it can get fustrating quick at these places!!! At the end of the T&Cs this place has below, it suggests you visit this T&C area often to reaquaint yourself with any changes... yea I am thinking they change rules a lot!!!!

3. Any winnings derived from the Free money, promotional Bonus Bucks or Free Cards are not eligible for withdrawal.
4. Players must have a ‘Real Money’ account prior to requesting a withdrawal. Real Money account must be funded with at least USD $25 prior to requesting a withdrawal.
5. Deposit plus Bonus awarded must be wagered four (4) times on Bingo games or TEN (10) times on Casino Games prior to requesting a withdrawal.
6. Maximum monthly withdrawal limit on bingo game winnings is $5000 ($1250 per week). Maximum monthly withdrawal limit on casino game winnings is $1000 ($250 per week).
7. All bonus amounts are for wagering purposes only. Upon member's FIRST withdrawal, any winnings derived from signup bonus will be deducted before withdrawal is paid.
8. Redemption flow backs are not considered as new deposits and will not be eligible for bonus.
9. Once a payout is requested, Player will forfeit all BBs left in their account up to the value of the remaining cash balance. Example: Player Nancy has $500 cash in account and $250 in BBs. Nancy withdraws $400 cash leaving $100 cash in account. Nancy's BBs will be reduced to 100.
10. 13. As per industry standard, withdrawals of $1000 or greater may be subjected to a longer processing period and paid as scheduled by management, with a maximum total monthly withdrawal limit of $5000.
