It varies depending on your rep level. But before you can get rewarded for turning chips in you have to be a member for thirty days. You'll get there so don't worry.

For a person like me, it takes me forever to get chips and then I lose them in the casino. I do like to use them in the chips tournament when I have them. Just keep chatting and your chips will build. Just think how many you could have in thirty days!!! Good Luck!
