well many of us dont due to them not allowing usa players. i use to like 3 years ago then the damn law kicked in.Quote:

Is good to have many chances of pre-flop hand... like 100 hands maybe that you can still play if something goes little wrong.
Full Tilt and Pokerstars have both gone to a blind structure that increases in small increments rather than making huge jumps in the mid-game.
Here is what Full Tilt usually uses
15/30
20/40
25/50
30/60
40/80
50/100
60/120
80/160
100/200
120/240/25
150/300/25
200/400/50
etc.
Pokerstars has antes kicking in earlier in some tournaments, but keeps similar small jumps in the midgame.

Merge's structure has big jumps in the midgame. This just zaps all the play out of the tournament.

At the same point in the tournament (12 levels in), Merge's blinds are over twice as high as Full Tilt or Pokerstars! This is because of the big jumps that their structure takes!
I tought that merge had a slow blind structure..
But PS AND FT has a very better one..
Than CD has the craziest one than...

Yea that really doesn't make sense for the player does it? Is it because CD poker wants to finish the tournaments quickly? Why would a poker room create a structure like that?
Carbon Poker is kind of the same. They're structure jumps rapidly and they don't host many games where you start with more than 2000 chips. I think I am getting used to it though..
Carbon Poker is on Merge. Their structure is what I was discussing.
Is not that CD trys to elimate the all the players fast, but the fishs...
And unfortunatle if u play too tight U just loose, for the donkey callers that still on the tables....
Their tournaments takes around up to 6 hours with 400 players.. thats mad.!
The top players must be good to remain, But also the amount of chips are to high and the blind level at high level is not high enought..
