i have read that there are odds on catching aces back to back in a certian number of hands, my question is do those odds stay the same for the player who catches or the deck of cards they are dealt from? also does it revert back to 0 when you change tables or if you ask for new deck......? i also ask this. does this same scenaro hold true for every hand you hold ?? such as ak 89 sutied ect. ect?.
Here is the thing about odds. No matter how many times you ask for AA your are 220 to 1 to get it in a hand. Odds are never cumulative, rather the same for each occurrence no matter how often you sample it. If I ask for AA 220 times in a row, I should get them once, but that doesn't mean I will not get them more than that. Basically every time I ask for AA I'm looking at 220 to 1 odds, no matter if it's the first time or the 220th time.Quote:

it does and do those odds stay constant for all players for length of the game at that table ,or do they change if the deck changes {like go back to1],i i guess what i am trying to ask is , is it the players or the deck of cards being dealt that the odds are built on?? i hope you understand what i am asking ??
The odds are the odds, no matter what you change. If you sit at 1 table, play one hand. You flop 4 to the flush and know the odds to be roughly 33% to hit. You chase and miss. You decided to change tables and again play 1 hand. Again you flop a flush draw. The odds of hitting that flush draw are still 33%. Nothing changes the odds of hitting your outs, not the deck, the number of players, the table, the poker room, or your underwear. Every time you encounter a draw your odds are based on the number of outs and the number of cards to come.Quote:

This is what the analyzers of hands are trying to get people to see. If you keep in mind your odds of hitting vs how much you are putting in the pot, you should be making a profit. When you post a hand to be looked at the first thing I look at is the pot and how much you committed vs the odds of hitting what you were chasing. If the odds aren't there I will tell you that you made a stupid play. I'm not trying to change your style, rather show you the math that helps you be profitable.
you know that aa is the best the problem is everyone try to crack them,i dont think there that much ways to play them.you can slow play ,allin it,to me its always fun to get them.the more the better chance you have to win,but to say i like any other hand to me is stupid.give them to me ill rather love with them then agenit them.lol.stil i here you and my fav is j 10

What do you mean? I caught AA 3 times in a row and lost in the ring game 3 times in a row.
AA to 77 7 drops
AA to 83 83 drops
AA to AK suited and sure enough the whole board was his suit spades. :shock:
Don't get me started on odds.. Once is okay , twice I can see but three times something fishy going on. lol :grin:
