sng---tourny
question are there levels of poker ? i mean if i play in 1.00 or 2.00 dollar sng my play which is not so good as most of you have seen is maybe 2nd twice third maybe three or four times out of ten, now take this with a grain of salt it doesn't happen for months straight but if i play a25.00 game i can pretty much figure on 6th or 7th every time.. as far as i can tell i play pretty much the same way both levels. anybody have any thoughts other than quitting??? pretty much mtt also it's almost like the buyin predetermins my outcome

Learn the most you can from others.
Read everything in the general poker section to do with learning that you can, ill link you to a few later if you need it.
My problem is if i drop down i do alot worse. ITs weird.
The people at different levels play differently. I can bluff people off certain hands in a $55 buyn easily, whereas in a $5 buyin i get snap called every time.
Stick to a level until youve mastered your game for that level, then slowly move up and learn new aspect of poker

yeah i would have to agree with eejit. the lower the buy in the easier it is to get called when bluffing. i would say stay above $11 and u should do fine. eejit has put alot of good threads together on this matter. take a peek. and dont quit.
