Thats not too hard to explain I think.
Example.
I have A7
others do a big raise (10big blinds).
I fold.
The flop comes 77A
If I say that I have a A7.
both players know now that the chances of the other having A7 is much lower since an A and a 7 is already on my hands.
Than the person who has a AA on this hand hiting a 3 of kind if aces will not be that scared of a big raise, since he know the remaning person dont have an ACE.
Got it?
first of all why would you tell someone your hand in the middle of action?
second AA should not be scared there because they flopped the boat and if you are worried about quads your not playing good poker.....

I know, I have to be on fully concentration to play poker well, but sometimes u have to got deap on it and find the trully answer of the meaning of all this cards and bets thats goes on, find the ancestral motivations that makes us wait for the hunting meat that will fall to our plate every day.!

Lol crazy metabolic what?? Is that some funny chits or what! I see what you mean by telling others your hand, but it would be just a pyschological advantage and i wouldnt do it with less than the best hand

If u dont like someone at the table for example.
You can help his opponents making him loose by saying with card u had when the person u whant to win is in a bad position.
