it says i already redeemed coupon but i just registered?

I emailed them to see why the coupon wasnt honoured see if they answer me . With the bad economy dont know which one to trust .

They called me and gave me this code:

It may be a one time use code. I don't think it is A specific code tied to my account because they gave me the code by phone before I even set up my account. They had no idea what user name I was going to pick or anything. Give it A try first if it works great if it dont, post your results please so no one else wastes their time trying it!
