i got an email telling me that my account has been frozen until i submit my information for security purposes.. they wanted to see my phone bill etc. so i go ahead and do this and its been 3 freaking days and i havent gotten my account restored. pokerstars and fulltilt costumer service sucks.

No, you obviously suck...

They do this for breaking the rules of their site, possible collusion, duplicate accounts, renewed account from a banned member.

If you have nothing to hide, and sent it off, great.

Let them check it and they will approve you again.

However, if they didnt have rules like this in place, internet poker would be an unsafe thing to do, and if they didnt check properly, god knows what would be going on.

Take time to think about things from their perspective before you try and convince everyone that the best and largest 2 online poker sites "suck"

yeah seems kinda fishy. u dont just get banned with out good reason. eejit said what i think happened. i say it was multiple accts. u gotta know they dont ban people for kicks. well u might get a email from here. lol

I has something very similiar happen to me at absolute poker, but it was just security purposes, as i was one of the comprimised account during the potripper incident that happened there a few years ago. It should be no biggie, and if you get on their butts regularly, exsplaining things like youll miss league games and things like this, they will probably quite having office orgies long enough to get the job done.

Fulltilt poker has horrible customer service considering that you cannot even talk with them on the phone but pokerstars has been great resolving any issues I have come across.

poker stars is awesome and i never had a problem with that site!!!!

however fulltilt poker is not a good site... my friend and i played a 90 person sit-n-go. he was at his house a couple of hours away!!!! anyways we make the final table and we were the only people from the usa...well our poker names were very close and we placed one and two and we both got our accounts locked!!! we were never at the same table until the final table...and we were not playing together i swear!!!! well it took three weeks to get this prob solved.....and i forgot to mention one of the guys were calling us names like stupid americans.....i mean it was a 3.30 buy in....we just happen to get cards and place one and two...... so b/c of that i dont play on full tilt and i told them that!!!!!!

i had an account too on poker stars and i was unhappy with them i a give up!
