wooot woot well today was my first day at me new job
it was awesome i love being in a position of power hahah
welll we had a huge rush at luch we had a reso for 39 plus a walkin to of 15 plus we filled up the bar lounge and resturant
it was awesome and it was great finally cooking at a decent rest for once
well i will post pictures later today or tommorow of were i work and the line and other suchness well im off

Semi-related question, have you seen the movie Ratatouille? Haha every time I hear the term sous chef now I think of that movie. I didn't like it all that much but it was cute.
