No, it doesn't, sorry. A few times NDN has set up tournaments to compete to earn chips, but if I remember correctly the arcade kept crashing when that happened, so I'm not sure if that's coming back or not. Aside from those tournaments though, the arcade is just for fun!
And let me tell you what I think about the arcade, I think it is WAY FUN! I just love it!! :) Thanks ND! :)
