well you called but did you win........it was a nice raise pre flop maybe you could have raised it more just to get heads up.........nice flop bet too, turn and river were not good for your queens. In the post it doesn't say if you won or lost. and i would of made the call too.
-
Any reads on the player? Without a read I would give credit for the ace I think.
-
hard hand to play once the 2 over cards hit the flop....depending on his stack i might have shoved on the flop just to shove u had an other pair and not let him draw to a straight a flush or the overs....many ways to play this hand
-
This will be a multipart reply so I can read a few hands and then comment.
On hand 1:
What the hell were you thinking? Pushing with just a gut shot straight draw? Just because he has a weak OPR doesn't mean he's a weak player. A lot of live players are making the move online and they might show a weak OPR. I looked at the players OPR and it doesn't look that bad. Now, with that said, do you make a habit of bumping it hard with 8/2 off suit? With your raise it's 18K in the pot and 8K for her to call. That's 2.25 to 1. Not bad odds, but not great odds. Look at the action. She bets, you raise, she calls. Ok. Not bad for flop play, but looking at the board and your cards I can only assume you were trying to represent AA. When she leads out on the turn, you can assume she doesn't buy you have AA or she already has it beat. At that point, call and go on in the hand. If you hit your long draw, then act accordingly.
On hand 2:
It's not an insta-push. You have 12 bb's and AJ. If you were the button and had 2 stacks with less than 2x your stack, then yes push. But being in the CO+2 and having some large stacks following you, it's best to push it to 3 to 4x the bb and see who calls. More will be scared of a big raise, rather than a push from a semi-short stack.
-
Part 2
On hand 3:
There is a lot to consider before making this call that we don't have access to. How did the initial raiser play through the whole tournament? Did they raise with trash or just with good cards? Aggressive preflop or very passive? How likely is someone behind you to call? If the player has been passive and now pushes, you fold. If you are sure someone behind you will call, you fold. If the player has been aggressive and raised a bunch, you more than likely call/push. It's a tough decision. AK ISN'T THE BEST STARTING HAND. At this point if he has 22, it's a coin flip and I'm pretty sure you are ahead with the suited AK, but not 100% sure.
On hand 4:
I don't see much of a problem with your reraise. It's not something I do very much, but it's not a bad play. I'm assuming the other player had a mid pocket pair and you hit either your A or your K. If that's the case it's a coin flip going to the flop. You are the underdog with AK off suit against any under mid pocket pair. He seemed to think he was going to lose when he pushed, based on his comments. Looks to me like he couldn't get away from a hand. You could of had AA through QQ and not AK.

why are u guys even replying they arent even hands that he played. hes posting someone else hands.
