Playing Over your limits

I see this mistake made by the younger players all the time. They want to play the big bucks as soon as they get money online, or get into a casino and they play way over there head. When playing way over your head, and playign with a big part of your bankroll you are only hurting yourself, not helping. It makes your play become much much tighter and passive, and therefore you make the wrong decisions because you are too scared to put money in the pot. You are better off dominating lower stakes then losing your whole BR at higher limits.
