How can this happen..

what a dumb arse. i have seen that before on youtube. stuff like that happens all time. not just to police. i seen a big truck do that in cali and it went through a laundry mat. that is some pretty funny stuff though. yeah it just jumped out of gear. lol

lol what's great is how he still writes the ticket to the driver... classic.
