PLO hi/lo
im slowly beginning to realize that one of my weakest aspects of my poker game is omaha hi/lo...a week or so ago, ffcowboy posted a strategy guide on stud and i responded by posting a section on stud hi/lo...anyways, can anyone possibly make a simple chart for raising hands/playable-call hands/and folding hands in omaha h/l??? it would be greatly appreciated as i know there is currently alot of money to be made in omaha...

I'm by no means the best Omaha Hi/Lo player in the world, but when selecting what hands to play I use a simple rule. I'm looking for a hand that has both the possibility of winning the Hi and the Lo. It's much more profitable to play a hand that has scoop potential, rather than just Hi or Lo potential, due to splitting Hi's or Lo's. I've been told the best starting hand in Omaha Hi/Lo is AA23 double suited. You have a great starting hi, plus 2 nut flush draws, and 2 nut low draws. I tend to stick to hands that work well together and have at least two Lo draw cards. Consider everything above a 5 not good for the low. That is what I know, but I don't play that much Omaha Hi/Lo.
