Are you positive you have cleared your cache?
Please try accessing NDN using a different browser than your usual one and see if that helps at all. For example, if you are using IE, try using Firefox (or the other way around).
If that doesn't do the trick, and if you are certain you have correctly cleared your cache, then I suppose there is still a very slight chance that the site hasn't fully propagated. If that's the case, then all it will need is a little more time.
I am getting ready to head out on a weekend trip, but if this hasn't fixed itself by the time I get back, I will do my best to get to the bottom of this for you!
